Manuel Delgado

My family and I—Thais, my wife of 22 years, and our two children, Manuel Jr. and Sophia, now 19 & 16 — love living in Lake Nona, where we have been since 2014. Originally from Venezuela, I am perfectly fluent in both English and Spanish.

There’s a theme that runs through my professional life—it’s a commitment to provide superior personalized service to each and every client, every single time. Whether you’re looking to rent a condo, buy your first home, or ready to move up to the grand and stately home of your dreams, I will treat you as though you are my #1 client and my top priority. For that to happen organically requires enthusiasm, but it also requires training, education, and experience in order to be prepared to deal successfully with every challenge that presents itself along the way.

With a BA in Business and a Master’s Degree in International Finance, I spent 10 years as asset manager for the individual owner of a private bank. Managing his multi-million dollar assets—aircraft, helicopters, mega yachts, real estate, and much more—required the highest level of professionalism, as well excellence in performance made possible by having a commanding knowledge and expertise in the field.

I loved my job. When I moved to Orlando in 2014, I knew that I wanted the next chapter of my life to make the best use of my knowledge and experience, and so becoming a realtor seemed a natural progression. I feel blessed to be able to spend my days doing the thing that brings me joy—helping buyers find the home that checks their boxes, while guiding them to make decisions that will benefit them in the long term. And when you are ready to sell, you can rest assured that I’ll advise you on how to make your property put its best foot forward in order to bring you the highest price that the market will allow.
